A confirmed order is final
Once the price is agreed and the order confirmed, the purchase is final and non-refundable unless applicable law requires a refund. Activated, partly used and unused periods, promotional offers, setup and activation services are covered without refunds, credits or exchanges under the policy.
Stopping or losing a connection
You can stop using the service, but that does not create a refund or credit entitlement. Customer-side internet or device incompatibility issues do not qualify under the policy. Non-excludable legal refund rights are preserved.
Submitting a legal refund request
Email info@opplexiptv.com with the reference and reason if you believe the law requires a refund. Any required refund goes to the original payment method within the legal or provider timeframe. No physical return applies to digitally delivered services.
